By impugned order the Principal Judge, Family Court, Auraiya has decided application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act moved by respondent, the wife of petitioner in proceedings of divorce petition filed by petitioner, directing the petitioner to make payment of Rs.20,000/- towards expenses of suit and Rs.2000/- per month as interim maintenance till disposal of suit.
