Hon'ble Harsh Kumar,J.
Sri Akhilesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner submits that on last date Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel had submitted that order of Writ Court had been complied with and he, counsel for petitioner sought time for seeking instructions.
He submits that he has obtained instructions from petitioner, who affirms that compliance of Writ Court order has been made.
He further submits that in these circumstances, the contempt petition be disposed of accordingly.
In view of above, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
