Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the court below to decide Original Suit No.797 of 2017 (Smt. Kamla Devi and another v. Mahesh Kumar and another), pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Division)/F.T.C. Court No.16, within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the evidence has not yet been led by the parties, I do not find any good reason to direct the concerned court below to decide the suit within a time bound period. However, it is expected that the concerned court below shall make endeavour to decide the aforesaid suit expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of .
