Bearing in mind the fact that the application for recall of the ex parte decree has been pending since 2012, this petition shall, in the interest of justice, stand disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shikohabad, Firozabad to endeavour to decide the said application with expedition and preferable within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The concerned Court shall, needless to state, proceed in the matter with due notice to the opposite parties.
