The prayer of the petitioner is that a direction be issued upon the respondents to reimburse fees paid by the petitioner as per the welfare scheme of the State Government which provide for reimbursement of fee to students belonging to certain categories.

Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that grievance of the petitioner can be considered by the third respondent (District Backward Class Welfare Officer, Mathura) and, therefore, this petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to represent his cause before the third respondent.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent his grievance before the third respondent (District Backward Class Welfare Officer, Mathura). If any such representation is filed along with certified copy of this order and relevant document to disclose entitlement of the petitioner, the third respondent shall take an appropriate decision in the matter, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation, provided such representation is filed within two weeks from today.

With the aforesaid liberty/direction, the petition stands disposed of .
