The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to produce answer scripts of subject Mathematics and Science in respect of High School Examination, 2016 pertaining to Roll No.2112200.
As the petitioner has alternative remedy under the provisions of the RTI Act to make an inspection of the answer scripts, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy under the provisions of the RTI Act.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of .
