Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed against the orders dated 12.9.2012 and 19.9.2012 passed by the Respondent No. 1 whereby the officers/employees of Life Insurance Corporation of India, Hapur Branch, Hapur (Panchsheel Nagar) were directed to report for duty to carry on census work failing which the FIR was to be lodged against the erring employees.
The matter relates to year 2012. According to the petitioner, FIR in pursuance of the orders dated 12.9.2012 and 19.9.2012 was not lodged.
From the aforesaid facts, it is clear that the present writ petition, by efflux of time, has become infructuous.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
