Under Section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, a bhumidhar can exchange his land upon permission being granted by the State Government.
The petitioner has applied for exchange of his land, which is pending consideration before the Secretary, Department of Revenue, Lucknow since 26.10.2017.
We dispose of the matter, directing the authority concerned to pass an appropriate order on the petitioner's application within four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after considering all aspects of the matter.
