The petitioner contends that she is a valid owner of the land after purchasing it through a saledeed. The respondents no. 6 and 7 are threatening for demolition of the house of the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner had made a representation to the District Magistrate, Varanasi, which is pending consideration.
We dispose of the writ petition directing the District Magistrate, Varanasi to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
