The petitioner contends that Gram Pradhan on the basis of forged sale-deed is trying to take possession of the land of the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has made a complaint before the District Magistrate, Azamgarh, which is pending consideration.
We dispose of the writ petition directing the District Magistrate, Azamgarh to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's application within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
