This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs:

"(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 i.e. The Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Chunar, District Mirzapur to consider the grievance of the petitioner and execute the sale deed of allotted Plot No. 25 in favour of the petitioner.

(2) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass the reasoned and speaking order on the application of the petitioner. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4- Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Chunar, District Mirzapur in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within the stipulated period .

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the

merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4- Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Chunar, District Mirzapur ventilating his grievances within three weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of receipt of the said representation.
