By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court with a grievance that Case No.13 of 2018 (Smt. Rajesh Devi vs. Lakhan Singh), under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code is pending since 4.1.2017 before the respondent no.2 for demarcation of land bearing Khasra No.302 area 0.276 hectare situated at village-Sinchawali, Kadee, Tehsil Sikandrarau, District Hathras, has not been decided as yet and the same may be decided expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.13 of 2018 of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of .
