Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"A. A writ/order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent concerned to allow the newly Constituted Tri member Committee of the village Panchahyat Tisso to work till the decision taken in the matter of respondent No. 4.
B. A writ/order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent concerned to decide the application dated 9.10.2018 submitted by petitioner before respondent no. 2.
C. Any other or further order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
D. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioner."
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
Prayer aforesaid is granted.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if there be any, shall stand discharged.
