Called in revise. None appeared to press the writ petition. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioners have sought following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of ad interim mandamus directing the respondents to pay the balance sanctioned amount Rs. 2,59,127/- to petitioner in respect of his five bills (Annexure Nos. 1 to 5) which were approved and sanctioned by the respondents and the completed work of petitioner has been found fully satisfactory"
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioners for grant of above relief. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
