The petitioners want demarcation of their land Gata No.1355 area 0.364 hectare situate in Village- Samadpur, Mauza Ratheh, Pargana Kishani, Tehsil Bhogaon, District Mainpuri.
The petitioners for the above purpose has applied to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 vide application dated 21.03.2018 but no action on the said application has been taken so far. The petitioners want that the aforesaid application may be directed to be decided within a time bound period.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kishani, District Mainpuri to consider and decide the aforesaid application of the petitioners in accordance with law most expeditiously by speaking order if possible within next six months.
