The application for grant of fire arm license was rejected by order dated 22.3.2018 passed by the respondent no.2.
The order dated 22.3.2018 passed by the respondent no.2 has been assailed in the instant writ petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has alternative and efficacious remedy of filing an appeal under the Arms Act.
Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the existence of the alternative remedy.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of existence of alternative and efficacious remedy with the liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy, if so advised.
