Instruction supplied by Sri K.M.Asthana, learned counsel for the respondent-bank is taken on record.
A categorical submission has been made therein that the documents appended at page '28' and '36' of the paper book are manufactured documents inasmuch as the officer under whose signature the documents allegedly had been issued by the respondent bank had worked uptil 10.1.2014 which was his last working day. The documents appended at page 28 of the paper book is dated 27.7.2014 and page '36' is the reply to the R.T.I. information application dated 3.1.2017.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to withdraw the present petition.
In view of the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
