Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

This writ petition has been filed, inter alia , for the following relief:

(i)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to ensure compliance of the order dated 17.1.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the disputed property a suit, being original suit no.62 of 2018, was filed by the petitioner before the court below and the court below after hearing the parties had passed an interim injunction restraining the respondents no. 4 and 5 from making any interference in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the

land in dispute but in spite of the said order , the respondents no. 4 and 5 are not complying with the same and making all efforts to dispossess the petitioner and thereby they have dis-obeyed the said order.

Be that as it may, the petitioner may, if so advised,take appropriate proceedings before the court below under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of Civil Procedure Code against the respondents no. 4 and 5 for allegedly disobeying the order of the court below .

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
