On 27.7.2018, Shri B.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, had sent an illness slip.
It appears that the petition might have lost is efficacy that is why counsel for the petitioner is filing illness slips time and again.
I have perused the record and the grounds urged therein, which do not make any case for this Court to interfere in the reasoned order passed by the court below. The order passed by the respondent No.1 dated 28.2.1995 cannot said to be an unreasonable or perverse order, which calls for any interference by this Court.
Dismissed, accordingly.
