"Heard Sri Varun Shankar Dwivedi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ram Raj Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajesh Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation for the purposes of refund of stamp papers worth of Rs.30,000/-. In the counter affidavit it has been stated that the representation in this regard has already been considered and rejected on 21.05.2009 but the said order has not been challenged by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to study the matter. We are giving enough time to the learned counsel to study the matter.
List this case peremptorily on 28th November, 2018. "
