Heard Mr. Kailash Singh Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel on behalf of respondent.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 27.10.2018 whereby her licence has been suspended on the allegations contained in the suspension order itself.
The contention raised by Mr. Kailash Singh Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's suspension order cannot survive beyond the period of 15 days, and she was not given any opportunity of filing explanation before passing the suspension order.
Learned Standing Counsel, on the other hand submits, that the petitioner had not submitted her explanation within the specified time on the ground that she was ill and sought further time for submitting explanation. It is also pointed out that till date no explanation has been submitted.
We find that the petitioner has not come with clean hands.
At this stage Shri Kailash Singh Kushwaha, requests that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
