The present petition has been filed against the order of rejection of reference passed by the Deputy Labour Commissioner, State of U.P. wherein a dispute was raised by the petitioner with regard to his transfer from one establishment to another.
It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that now the services of the petitioner has been terminated.
The dispute being raised in the present petition, therefore, is rendered infructuous.
The writ petition is dismissed as such.
