Sri Anil Kumar Chaurasia, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 has entered appearance. He submits that the fair price shop licence of the petitioner has been suspended by order dated 6.4.2018. The aforesaid order is kept in the record.
At this stage, Sri S.K.Vashisht, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has become infructuous in the light of the subsequent order passed by the authorities.
The writ petition is dismissed.
