On the basis of instructions received, Shri Vivek Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel submits that in the meeting of the Tehsil Level Committee held on 9.5.2018, a final decision on the validity of the meeting of the village panchayat conducted on 9.4.2018 has been taken.
The writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Tehsil Level Committee.
