Heard Sri Kumar Amit, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.
The petitioner has submitted his reply to the show cause notice dated 23.03.2018 refuting the charges laid out therein. The submission is that the authorities are not deciding the matter finally and the matter remains pending. The only prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner is that the matter may be decided finally within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel has no serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The respondent no. 2 or any other authority before whom the aforesaid matter is pending shall decide the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
