Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J.
The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the Assistant Registrar to decide the dispute between the parties in pursuance of notice dated 28.9.2016 issued by him.
Learned standing counsel, on instructions, states that the Assistant Registrar has already decided the matter on 23.2.2018. The order passed by the Assistant Registrar has also been placed before this Court for perusal, which reveals that the Assistant Registrar has invoked his power under Section 25 (2) of the Act for holding election of the Committee of Management of the Society.
In view of the above, nothing further survives for being decided in the instant petition. It is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 23.2.2018, whereby the Assistant Registrar has allegedly disposed of the proceedings in pursuance of notice dated 28.9.2016.
