This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to allot 10% developed land in pursuance of the offer letter dated 04.12.2015 issued by the Tehsildar, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar in favour of the petitioner for rehabilitation and extension of their Abadi, within time bound period.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer only to the extent that the petitioners may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of their grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within the stipulated period .
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to make a fresh representation before the respondent no.3- New Okhala Industrial Development Authority, Main Administrative Building, Sector-6, Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar through its Chief Executive Officer ventilating their grievances within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such
representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the said representation.
