There is apparent mistake in this petition inasmuch as in paragraph 11 prayer has been made to restore the agreement/license of the petitioner in respect of fair price shop whereas the petition relates to an arm license.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition with proper pleading.
