Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the Court of Additional District Judge, Court No.2, Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide L.A.R. No.5 of 2013 within specified period.
From the order-sheet of the case it appears that on 21st December, 2017 when the matter was last listed before the court concerned, none of the parties appeared and therefore date 21st March, 2018 was fixed.
In view of the above, this Court finds no good reason to issue any specific direction. It is expected that the court shall proceed with the matter, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed off.
