This writ petition seeks the quashing of the recovery certificate dated 30 December 2017 issued by the Collector, Kasganj for recovery of certain dues of the Electricity Department. The petitioner has neither enclosed the bill nor has the petitioner sought the quashing of the bill.
However, during the course of submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner would take recourse to the provision of Clause 6.5 of U.P. Electricity Supply Code 2005 for correction of the bills that have been issued.
Leaving it open to the petitioner to file an application under the provision of Clause 6.5 of U.P. Electricity Supply Code 2005, we dispose of this writ petition.
