Grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application dated 06.01.2018 for grant of No Objection Certificate/licence to run a Saw mill before respondent no. 3 but till date no decision has been taken.
Considering the facts, we dispose of the writ petition directing respondent no. 3 to take appropriate decision on the application made by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
