The sole petitioner died on 3.11.1993 and the Substitution Application No.2274 of 1995 on behalf of his sons was filed praying to be substituted in place of the sole petitioner. The said substitution application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 9.5.2012.
Consequently, the writ petition cannot be continued on behalf of the petitioner and is dismissed, as such.
