This writ petition was filed in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent- Consolidation Authority to comply with the order passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 31st July, 2013 exercising the power under Rule 109A (2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the Consolidation Authorities has been acted upon under the said rules and, therefore, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous.
The writ petition is consigned to record.
