Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Amit Shukla appears for third and fourth respondent.
The petitioners are before this Court for a direction to third respondent-District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Pilibhit to pay the retiral benefit with 12% interest to the petitioners from 31.03.2017 and General Insurance, which are admissible to them as per law from 31.03.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the third respondent to consider the claim of the petitioners and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
