By the order dated 22.2.2018, Sri Hemant Kumar appearing for respondent no.2 was directed to take instructions as to what proceeding has been taken in the matter relating to regularization of the petitioner. On the basis of written instructions Sri Hemant Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 informs that the Director Local Bodies, U.P. by a letter dated 28.2.2018 has directed the Municipal Commissioner to take decision in the matter.
In view of the above, facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed off directing the Municipal Commissioner Nagar Nigam, Bareilly to take decision in the matter relating to regularization of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
