This writ petition has been filed for issue of suitable writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to regularize the petitioners on their respective posts on which they are working.
The claim of the petitioners is that they were working on their respective posts from different times, as mentioned in the writ petition. They are entitled to be regularized on their respective posts. The petitioners have moved a representation in this respect, which is pending before Managing Director (respondent-3).
The writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to petitioners to file a fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order before Managing Director (respondent-3) within ten days, who shall consider the individual case of the petitioners and pass appropriate order in respect of their regularization, in accordance with law, within three months thereafter.
