" a. Certiorari quashing the impugned confirmation order dt. 30.9.93 (Annexure No.2) and the order rejecting the petitioner's representations dt. 10/11.11.93 (Annexure No.3 and 4);
b. Mandamus commanding the respondents to include the name of Shiv Shankar Tripathi (petitioner No.1) at Sl. no. 4 below the name of Rakesh Chandra Sharma and above the name of Vimal Chandra Srivastava and the nme of Laxmi Shankar Tiwari (petitioner no.2) at sl. no. 7 below Indrapal Singh and above Vinay Kumar and to confirm them retrospectively w.e.f. 1.4.90 and 1.4.91 respectively as has been done in the case of other persons included in the confirmation list dt. 30.9.93 (Annexure No.2);
c. A further mandamus commanding the respondents to confirm the petitioners w.e.f. 1.4.90 and 1.4.91 before charactor roll entries for the year 1993-94 are recorded against them."
