" i. to issue writ, writs, order or diretion in the nature of certiorari quashing the list dated 9.7.1991 submitted by Dr.Sushil Kumar Rai, the order of District Inspector of Schools Deoria dated 12/13.3.1992 and the order dated 20.3.95 (Annexures 9, 13 and 17 to the writ petition) in so far as it relates to the petitioner and to maintain the order of District Inspector of Schools Deoria dated 14.7.1993.
ii. to issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 namely District Inspector of Schools Deoria to make payment of salary to the petitioner of the Clerk's grade with effect from 1.4.1991.
iii. to issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to pay salary of the teachers grade w.e.f. 1.4.1991 in the alternative."
