“ (a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 01.08.2016 passed by the respondent No. 2 i.e. Director of Education, Allahabad as well as order dated 09.08.2016 passed by District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur (contained in Annexure No. 7 and 8 to the writ petition).
(b) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere with functioning of the petitioner in the institution and to pay salary to the petitioner month to month when ever it falls due.”
