" (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 09.08.2016 passed by the District Inspector of School Jaunpur (Respondent No. 3). (Annexure No. 12 to the writ petition), by which the salary of the petitioners had been stopped and also the recovery against the respondent no. 2 and 3 had been initiated.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere in peaceful working of the petitioners on their respective posts in the aforesaid institution and also make payment of salary as and when it comes dues."
