The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondents -2 and 3 to consider the candidature of the petitioner and for providing compassionate appointment to one member of the family of the petitioner.
It has been stated that Jangi Lal, husband of the petitioner was posted as Peon in the respondent Bank. He died in harness on 23.5.2015. The petitioner along with her four children were fully dependent upon the income of Jangi Lal. Sons of the petitioner are eligible for compassionate appointment under the circular of the Bank.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Branch Manager, respondent-3 to pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a period of one month from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
