List is being revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioners to press the present writ petition.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioners have sought following reliefs:
"a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners in view of the judgements, State versus Putti Lal and judgement dated 5.2.2004 passed by his Hon'ble Court in case of identically based employees."
Learned Standing Counsel has contended that relief for regularization cannot be granted in the present writ petition as claim of the petitioner has already stood decided in compliance of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 32131 of 2002 filed by the present petitioner. The order passed in compliance of the said writ petition dated 16th January, 2006 rejecting claim of the petitioners for regularization as class-IV employees has not been challenged in the present writ petition.
In view of aforesaid, no effective relief can be given to the petitioners, even otherwise, petitioners seems to be no more interested in pursuing the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
