“ (a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus declaring condition no. 2 of the corrigendum issued to the advertisement dated 14th / 15th Aug. 2001 (Annexure 2 to the writ) as null and void and inoperative in the eyes of law being hit by Article 14 and 16 of the constitution of India.
(b) issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider the application of the petitioners respective of the fact that the petitioners have obtained diploma of C.P.Ed. From Amrawati Univeristy within one week of the production of the order of this Hon'ble Court.”
