After some arguments, Sri Brij Raj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that there are some disputed questions of fact which can only be adjudicated after leading evidence. Learned counsel for the petitioner conceded that this Court cannot go into the disputed questions of fact while exercising the writ jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to approach the competent civil court with his grievances. It is open to the petitioner to file a civil suit for redressal of his grievances, if so advised.
The writ petition is dismissed.
