The petitioner has assailed the order dated 31.12.2008 passed by the respondent no.4, Block Development Officer, Block Dankaur, District Gautam Budh Nagar. By order impugned the petitioner was required to handover the charge and the documents to the concerned persons to enable them to distribute the scholarship. Ten years have elapsed. The cause of action does not survive. There is no infirmity in the order.
The writ petition is dismissed.
