This writ petition seeks quashing of the order dated 07.8.1995 passed by the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Kashipur, District Nainital now Uttarakhand. On account of the reorganization of the State in the year 2000, this Court has no jurisdiction to hear the writ petition.
Therefore, the registry is directed to transmit the record of this writ petition before the Nainital High Court, Uttarakhand within a period of three weeks from today.
