The present petition has been filed seeking benefits in terms of the Government Orders dated 20.10.2017 and 23.10.2016 with regard to the benefits to which the petitioner is entitled as the son of the petitioner had died on duty on 25.7.2016. In this regard he has made a detailed representation on 7.10.2018 (Annexure-6) to the present petition.
The present petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to hear and decide the said representation by means of the speaking order within 4 weeks of the production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
