The petitioner states that a similar petition on the similar set of facts has been disposed off by this Court by means of an order dated 14.12.2018, passed in Writ – A No. 26516 of 2018 (Soran Singh vs. State of U.P. and three others). The present writ petition is also disposed off in terms of the directions issued on 14.12.2018 in the said writ petition. The respondent no. 4 shall take a decision in the same order with regard to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed off.
