The present petition has been filed seeking a directing for payment of post retiral benefits as the petitioner has retired on 31.8.2018, in this regard the petitioner has also made a representation dated 10.9.2018 which has not been decided till date. The respondent No. 2 is directed to hear and decide the representation dated 10.9.2018 expeditiously within a period of 3 weeks of the production of certified copy of this order and if found eligible the post retiral benefits should be paid expeditiously without fail.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
