In compliance of the orders of this Court dated 07.12.2018 and 18.12.2018, instructions have been obtained by the learned Standing Counsel and order passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chail, Kaushambi dated 19.12.2018 has been placed before the Court by which the payment of salary of the petitioner has been cleared and the petitioner has been adjudged to be a very hard working employee working as Booth Level Officer (BLO).
In view of the above, writ petitioner is rendered infructuous and is consigned to record.
